[/color][/font][/size][/font][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=14pt]评委组成与评选办法：比赛以现场操作、现场打分、现场揭晓的形式进行；评委由相关单位领导、专家组成专业评审团，另由各界人士组成大众评审团。两个评审团各自打分，分值各占[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]50%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]。按综合分值从高分到低分确定十佳入围名单。同类菜品只取最高分。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
